Virtual Assistant – Social Media Content Organizer for Fitness Brand

Hi! I’m the owner of Exurb Fitness, a transformation-focused personal training studio based in Maryland, USA. We record a lot of client training videos, but I need help organizing and prepping these videos so they’re ready to post on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help me:

Sort and label raw training footage

Maintain a clean content library

Help prep 5–10 videos per week for easy posting

This role can grow into more hours or responsibilities if you’re a great fit!

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Download & Sort Video Content

Pull training videos from shared folders, apps, or iCloud

Rename and label files (e.g., "Tiffany_GluteBridge_Week4")

Organize by client, type, and content goal

✅ Manage Our Content Library

Use Google Drive or Dropbox to keep everything clean and searchable

Tag great clips for testimonials, transformations, or educational posts

✅ Prep Videos for Social Posting (basic editing optional)

Select top clips weekly

Add text overlays or hooks using Canva or CapCut (optional)

Build a Notion board or spreadsheet to track status (Raw / Edited / Posted)

✅ Maintain a Weekly Content Tracker

List what’s ready to post

Suggest caption ideas or hashtags (you don’t have to write full posts)

Keep it easy to hand off to our social team or me to post

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Are highly organized and detail-oriented

Love systems, folders, and structure

Are comfortable using Google Drive and Canva (CapCut is a plus)

Have excellent written communication

Want to be part of a mission-driven fitness brand

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

Experience working with fitness or coaching brands

Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, or social video trends

Know how to trim/clean up video clips

Light graphic design or captioning experience
