About the Role As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of our client's brand, responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in French. You will be part of an established and long-term project with a strong internal support system and a highly interactive orientation program. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to customers, ensuring a positive experience and building loyalty to the brand.
