About the Role As a Mid-Level Data Analyst at CI&T, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic decision making. Key Responsibilities Lead communication with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for creating visual representations of data Document business needs and create medium to high-fidelity prototypes to validate experiences with business stakeholders Suggest the best Tableau elements to represent information and create Tableau Dashboards according to prototypes Perform data manipulation on Tableau to drive insights and inform business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and visualization capabilities Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience with Tableau Performance and Tableau Troubleshooting Advanced SQL Query knowledge and ability to validate Tableau final results Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge and ability to work with large amounts of information Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze numbers, trends, and data to come to new conclusions Excellent math skills and attention to detail Advanced English language skills Ability to juggle facts, figures, and number crunching to drive business insights Nice to Have While not essential, experience with the following tools and technologies would be beneficial: Google Analytics Looker Studio RStudio or Python Our Benefits and Culture At CI&T, we're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable company culture that fosters innovation and transformation.
