Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst -100% Remote Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable) Rate: $60 - $65/hr. on W2 ( No C2C) About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to work with healthcare data to drive insights, improve patient outcomes, and support operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare analytics, data visualization, and statistical analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operational, and IT departments, to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing data cleansing, validation, and troubleshooting. • Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and provide recommendations for process improvements. • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders. • Stay current with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant guidelines. Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred). • 8+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a similar role. • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of healthcare data systems such as EHR/EMR platforms and claims data. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling. • Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning techniques in healthcare. • Knowledge of value-based care metrics and healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
