Part-Time SDR (Sales Development Representative) - (Remote) – SaaS Company
About the Company
DataLab for Manufacturing is a fast-growing SaaS company serving the manufacturing sector, helping businesses streamline their procurement processes through our smart platform. We’re looking for a part-time, remote SDR who can take ownership of outbound prospecting and support our CEO in driving engagement for high-impact events and product demos.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Research and identify target prospects—manufacturing CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and procurement leads
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone (minimum 30 outbound calls per day)
• Use the CEO’s network and connections to personalize outreach efforts
• Invite qualified prospects to exclusive in-person lunch events hosted by our CEO, and to our virtual ProcureSmart webinars
• Schedule qualified demos for the sales team and follow up with event attendees
• Keep detailed notes and progress updated in HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve conversion
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualification
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound messaging, and cold calling
• Experience using HubSpot (required); Clay or similar prospecting tools is a plus
• Strong written communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and consistent in daily outreach
• Availability for 20–25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Success in This Role Means
• Booking 7+ demos per month
• Making 15-30+ outbound calls per day
• Keeping HubSpot updated with clean, accurate data
• Proactively following up and converting event interest into pipeline opportunities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
