Telemetry Registered Nurse - Santa Ana, California
A nursing opportunity is available for an RN with experience in telemetry care. Schedule: • Night shifts • Weekends required Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients with cardiac and other medical conditions. • Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, recognizing and responding promptly to changes in patient status. • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: • Current, active RN license with telemetry experience. • Must provide license verification, BLS, ACLS, and other certifications as required. • Up-to-date vaccinations including MMR and Varicella or proof of vaccination/declination. • Negative TB test, drug screen, and background check. • Ability to start with minimal compliance and complete outstanding requirements within two weeks of starting. • Flexible for weekend and night shift work.
