Paid Performance Media Manager
The Role
The candidate at Unlock ensures successful campaign design, development, execution, and management. This role manages campaign strategy, buildout, maintenance, reporting and optimization. The Paid Performance Media Manager also crafts and presents success measurement stories to clients. The role requires continuous growth, adherence to benchmarks and maintenance of technical skills.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management
ā¢ Collaborate with Client Experience leads and the client to develop Performance Marketing strategies.
ā¢ Work closely with Digital Specialists to design and construct Performance Marketing campaigns.
ā¢ Manage day-to-day campaign operations and use our tools to provide real time information and status updates to the larger client team.
ā¢ Collaborate with the Implementation team on call and web form tracking (conversion pixel installation and troubleshooting).
ā¢ Launch campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.
ā¢ Monitor campaign performance against client goals and proactively address any issues impacting performance.
Success Measurement
ā¢ Craft success measurement narrative, ensuring campaign success data tells a story.
ā¢ Recommend strategic and tactical adjustments to achieve client goals.
ā¢ Deliver accurate and timely performance reports to be shared with clients.
ā¢ Attend monthly success measurement calls, collaborating with the Client Lead, strategy team and Pod Director as necessary to provide insights and recommendations for improved performance.
ā¢ Identify both business and platform trends, recommending adjustments to both campaigns and strategies to ensure client success.
Ideal Qualifications
ā¢ 2-3 years of digital marketing experience including SEM, Programmatic Display, YouTube, social media marketing and SEO
ā¢ Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta platforms
ā¢ Google Ads Certifications in SEM, Mobile, Video and Programmatic Display
ā¢ Experience with Google Ads Editor and Facebook Power Editor
ā¢ Mastery of Microsoft Excel
ā¢ Ability to work independently
ā¢ Strong analytical and logical skills
Nice to Have
ā¢ Experience with Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation
ā¢ Healthcare experience
ā¢ Facebook Blueprint Certification
