Position Overview We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to provide top-notch support to our customers via email and chat. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of office and remote work, with 2 days spent in our state-of-the-art office and 3 days working from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Advisor at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing accurate and detailed information to resolve issues efficiently. Assist customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Provide detailed information to customers about products, services, and company policies, ensuring that they are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, turning negative experiences into positive ones. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues, ensuring that customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, providing a personalized and human touch to our support services. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
