Job Description Summary:Anywhere Talent is seeking a Medical Claims Resolution Specialist to join our client’s team—a fast-paced, specialized medical billing company focusing exclusively on Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing for Workers' Compensation cases.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring timely payments by handling outbound and inbound communications related to claim statuses, focusing on follow-ups for unpaid claims beyond 45 days. Your proactive outreach and attention to detail will help streamline the billing process and resolve payment delays efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound phone calls to payers and clients to follow up on unpaid claims.
Answer inbound inquiries from clients or payers regarding billing questions.
Review claims reports to identify payments delayed beyond 45 days.
Investigate and obtain clear, documented answers regarding payment status.
Maintain organized records of follow-up activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal team members to resolve claim discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Experience in medical billing, preferably with Workers' Compensation
Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME)billing processes.
Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and persistent.
Familiarity with claims reporting software or billing platforms is a plus.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage follow-ups systematically.
