Job Overview

Responsibilities
ā¢ Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
ā¢ Coach team members on Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework to enhance performance and productivity.
ā¢ Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear requirements gathering and understanding of project goals.
ā¢ Assist in negotiating project scope and timelines with stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.
ā¢ Monitor team progress through metrics and reporting tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
ā¢ Support the development of test cases and ensure quality assurance processes are integrated into the workflow.
ā¢ Maintain documentation using tools such as Word and Visio to track project progress, decisions made, and changes in requirements.
ā¢ Engage with IT governance frameworks to align project outcomes with organizational objectives.
ā¢ Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
Skills
ā¢ Strong understanding of SDLC principles and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum practices.
