Corporate Law Contract Attorney (remote)
Seeking corporate law attorney for long-term contract position at boutique law firm. No in-person services required, attorney may work from any location. Minimum requirements: - Active California law license, or willingness to activate - 2 years law firm experience as a corporate law/transactions attorney - Willingness to take on 2-5 billable hours per week depending on client needs - Ability to act independently - Responsiveness and dependability Internet, privacy and advertising/marketing law experience are a plus Company DescriptionA commercial law practice with main office in Los Angeles, California, our philosophy is to provide superior quality legal services at competitive rates.
