Key Responsibilities:
 Pay bills and manage cash flow for clients
 Reconcile bank statements, manage budgets, and handle journal entries
 Provide weekly and monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and budget vs. actuals
 Manage and maintain charts of accounts, reconcile credit/debit cards, and prepare 1099s
 Assist with payroll setup and processing, including scheduling and frequency
 File sales tax and offer e-commerce support
Required Experience:
 BachelorÂs degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
 Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (preferred) or other accounting software
 Payroll experience is essential
Tools YouÂll Need:
 A home office setup with high-speed internet access
 A computer with a webcam and a smartphone capable of receiving email and push notifications
