Veterinarian – Medical Record Annotation (Remote, Part-Time)

We are looking for veterinarians to assist with a medical record annotation project. This is a short-term opportunity with approximately 5 months of part time project work. The job responsibilities will include reading, interpreting, and annotating medical notes, as well as accurately entering data into a database. The work can be performed remotely, and hours can be highly flexible (approximately 10-15 hours per week). What do you need to be successful? We are looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented professionals who have small animal practice experience and who can work independently to complete data annotation tasks. Candidates must have strong general computer skills and the ability to read and interpret veterinary medical records and notes. The ideal candidate for this position has a DVM/VMD degree and experience working with medical records. The candidate must hold a current license or equivalent. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with other medical professionals. The candidate should understand veterinary terminology and best practices and be able to keep the team informed about the work they are completing.
