If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for pharmacy and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Day in the Life** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, Customer Service/Data Entry, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** arenaflex's Omnicare pharmacies provide care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings.
