About the Role The Part-Time Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for creating Canadian forecasts for businesses, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change. You will also drive the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities. Additionally, you will support external audits, perform ad hoc data analysis, and measure discount rates to gain insights. Key Responsibilities Create Canadian forecasts for businesses, reducing revenue, and track monthly performance against forecast Drive the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities Support external audits, including investigation of issues discovered, and communicate with local value teams to discuss issues and work to resolve them Perform ad hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights Essential Qualifications More than two years of experience in financial assistance or business payment and/or other finances Bachelor's degree Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information Knowledge of programming languages (such as SAS/SQL) is required Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in financier/collection/company Proficiency in Excel Strong project management skills, with full ownership from analysis to implementation Dedicated customer focus, with a willingness to understand and resolve customer needs and problems Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
