Process forms, reports, and other documentation in accordance with company standards. Respond to internal queries regarding data entry and system operations. Assist in managing databases and keeping records up to date. Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Support other departments by providing data-related assistance. Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet departmental goals. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Experience Working Hours Full-time position (40 hours per week). Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work.
