Job Overview As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to address the global fleet of third-party data centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and act on opportunities to drive growth, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and executives, to ensure that project goals and objectives are met Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in program management, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our processes and procedures Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards Experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise language Experience with financial modeling and analysis, using tools such as spreadsheets and SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals Experience in technical program or project management roles, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices Proven ability to identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to drive impact and work towards shared goals Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
