Position Overview As an Editorial and Social Media Content Assistant, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our content strategy across various social media platforms. You will work closely with our Emojipedia Editor In Chief to create engaging editorial copy, social media posts, and video scripts that showcase our brand's unique voice and style. Key Responsibilities Write high-quality editorial copy and develop editorial proposals related to Zedge products under the supervision of the Emojipedia Editor In Chief Develop and manage a social platform strategy and content calendar for Emojipedia in collaboration with the Emojipedia Editor In Chief Create engaging social posts, video scripts, and other content using the brand voice and style of Emojipedia Design visual assets for editorial content and social media platforms, presenting existing assets in an engaging manner Report on and analyze social platform metrics and trends to inform future content decisions Assist with administrative tasks related to editorial content creation, scheduling, and optimization Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2-3+ years of experience in editorial copywriting and social media content creation Native or fluent English language skills Proven experience in writing engaging copy for both editorial and social platforms A solid understanding of digital video and social media platforms, including TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram Ability to interpret data analytics and use insights to inform content decisions Examples of published pieces of copywriting that demonstrate your writing style and ability A visual design portfolio (if applicable) that showcases your design skills and creativity Skills and Competencies In addition to the requirements listed above, we're looking for candidates who possess: Excellent writing and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation software A passion for digital media and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
