Warehouse Goods Handler

Role and Responsibilities:
This physically intensive position is critical to ensuring efficient warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Goods Handler, your duties will include:
• Loading and unloading palletized products and cases from trailers
• Using warehouse technology to accurately pick, scan, and prepare items for shipment
• Operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, safely (training and certification provided)
• Stacking and organizing products on trailer floors manually or with mechanical equipment
• Performing regular cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe and orderly work environment
Required Skills and Experience:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation
• Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Physical capability to perform repetitive movements such as bending, climbing, kneeling, stretching, and reaching
• Comfortable with manual labor, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Willingness to work at elevated heights using ladders or mechanical lifts
• Ability to work in environments with temperature variations, humidity, noise, and slippery surfaces
