You'll also be responsible for maintaining our car washes and sites to ensure we're providing a superior, clean car wash experience for all our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers * Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety * Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time * Explain our car wash options and requirements to customers * Prepare and load customers' cars in our car washes * Assist customers with self-cleaning options * Maintain our car washes and sites to ensure a superior, clean car wash experience for all our customers **Essential Qualifications** * Be at least 16 years old * Verify you can work in the US * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience * Knowledge of car wash operations and procedures * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our Teammates grow and develop their careers. Also, Teammates average an additional $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings.
