This role holds full profit and loss (P&L) oversight for Privia’s PQN contracts, including the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP). The VP, PQN will spearhead the strategic direction and operational execution of population health programs, leveraging data analytics to drive results across MSSP, MDPCP, and commercial value based contracts. This leader will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, developing talent, and ensuring the achievement of organization objectives through effective project management and robust communication. Essential Job Duties:Strategically lead and manage the P& L responsibility for PQN and MDPCP, aligning with the Mid-Atlantic Market’s overall objectives. rolling up under the Mid-Atlantic MarketDrive the successful execution and achieve strong results for MSSP, MDPCP, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial Value Based Programs through data-informed strategies and effective project managementDevelop and implement operational programs to support providers and practices in the attainment of key program goals and objectivesLead efforts to develop sustainable funds flow models for Value Based Programs, leveraging analytical insight to ensure financial viability and growthOversee Pod management initiatives, coordinating closely with Performance Management Function to optimize operational efficiency and growthLead PQN Board Engagement in tandem with the Market President, effectively presenting strategic plans, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholdersActively participate in Mid Atlantic Sr. Leadership team, contributing to broader market strategy and decision-makingParticipates in Market Payer ContractingCollaborates with Sales/Growth to articulate the PQN Value to prospective PMG Members, acting as a key presenter and subject matter expertLead and oversee critical functional areas, driving high-performing teams and ensuring their strategic alignmentOther duties as assignedQualifications8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare preferred, including at least 3 year in a senior leadership role overseeing population health, quality improvement, and care managementDemonstrated track record of building, mentoring, and leading high performing teams.Documented ability to communicate effectively and present and in great detail on the subject of population health with practice leaders demonstrating strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to evaluate and draw conclusions from data based on expertise in quality measurement, population health, understanding of data limitations, and business acumenExperience with P&L responsibilityAbility to operate in a high growth environment and proven ability to manage and sustain growth while concurrently developing and implementing existing operating infrastructure including people, processes and IT systemsA proven track record of successfully building an operationally sound teamStrong orientation toward client service, qualify, team building, and profitability Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as able to navigate complex relationships in a rapidly changing environmentStrong background in data analytics and the use of healthcare data to drive decision making and improve patient outcomesClearly communicate concepts and insight to both clinical and non-clinical audiencesThe salary range for this role is $180,000-$215,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs).This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 25% and restricted stock units.
