What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the full cycle recruiting process for commercial healthcare positions
- Develop a slate of qualified candidates for submission to facilities
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
- Source and attract candidates through various platforms, including social media and job boards
- Provide world-class customer service to clients and healthcare staff throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing recruitment, particularly in commercial, MSP, and VMS environments
- 2-3 years of experience in travel nurse or travel healthcare recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with strong decision-making capabilities
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and undergo urine drug testing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with experience in commercial, MSP, and/or VMS recruiting
- Established "book of business" for quick onboarding and position matching
