Key Responsibilities • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of raw data from various sources. • Conduct basic exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Support senior analysts in developing and maintaining data dashboards and reports. • Learn and apply new data analysis tools and methodologies, including basic SQL, Excel, and visualization software. • Document data processes, methodologies, and findings clearly and concisely. • Collaborate with project teams to understand data requirements and deliver insightful analysis. • Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance data analysis capabilities. • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Required Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas). • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated eagerness and capacity to learn new technologies and concepts. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Foundational understanding of data concepts or statistics. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics. • Some exposure to database concepts or SQL. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for data analysis. • Prior academic projects involving data collection or analysis.
