Your mission: Drive PeriVive's digital growth and make our expertise accessible to millions.

Your Responsibilities:
• Own & execute social media growth as a revenue channel and lead a comprehensive social media growth strategy.
• Expand our online audience while optimizing for lead generation & conversion, not just engagement metrics.
• Test, measure, and scale content formats that directly drive sales & sign-ups.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation & automation, maximizing efficiency.

Who You Are:
• You have proven experience scaling social media accounts (please provide examples, not just personal accounts).
• You've built and executed social media strategies that demonstrably generate high-quality leads & sales conversions.
• You are obsessed with continuously testing, optimizing, and scaling content based on performance data.
• You actively leverage AI tools for smarter and faster execution across your social media workflow.
• You use AI daily to generate content ideas, automate tasks, and optimize content performance.
• You understand how to effectively integrate AI-driven insights into your overall social media strategy.
• You can demonstrably scale content creation by 3-5x faster without compromising content quality.
• You make strategic decisions based on data and analytics, not assumptions.
• You live and breathe in analytics dashboards, consistently tracking real-time performance.
• You understand which social media metrics are most critical for driving revenue, not just engagement.
• You have a strong track record of using A/B testing and AI-powered analytics to quickly pivot and double down on successful strategies.
• You are a proactive self-starter who takes full ownership of social media strategy, execution, and results.
• You bring innovative ideas, are comfortable experimenting, and are always looking for ways to improve performance.
• You thrive in high-growth, fast-paced, and results-oriented environments.

A case study of a campaign you led that generated measurable lead growth & sales conversions (walk us through your approach and results).

2–3 brands you’ve grown (include before-and-after metrics and key strategies used).
