The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in capability modeling, application architecture rationalization, driving alignment between business strategies and IT solutions.

Required Qualifications / Expertise
Extensive experience in capability modeling and aligning technology capabilities with business strategy.
Proven ability to rationalize application portfolios and provide roadmaps for modernization and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
Cloud Proficiency
Strong expertise in AWS, Azure (including Gen AI tools), and GCP, with experience in designing multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures.
Solid understanding of cloud-native services, containerization, and microservices architectures.
Healthcare And Large Enterprise Experience
Demonstrated experience working in the healthcare industry, designing architectures that address compliance, interoperability, and scalability.
Experience in large enterprises with complex IT environments and multiple business units.
Technical Knowledge
Hands-on experience with modern application development, including APIs, integration platforms, and DevOps tools.
Familiarity with data management, analytics, and healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate tactical needs.
