Medical Reviewer - promotional and non-promotional materials (PRC/MLR)
Minimum Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of hands-on experience reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials within a PRC/MLR environment. Availability of at least 20 hours per week is required, with flexibility to support additional hours as business needs dictate. The role requires participation in live review meetings held in Eastern Time, specifically on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Strong working knowledge of Veeva Vault, PromoMats, and MedComms workflows is required. A PharmD is preferred, though candidates with a PhD or MD and a strong clinical background will also be considered. The position is highly execution-focused, requiring a hands-on contributor who is comfortable actively participating in review meetings and supporting day-to-day workflow, rather than serving solely in an advisory capacity. Candidates must be comfortable working in virtual environments and collaborating through Microsoft Teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in respiratory or pulmonology therapeutic areas, including asthma or cystic fibrosis, is a plus but not required. The ability to support medical writing or content development as bandwidth allows is desirable.
