18-month with rotations through Business Development, Project Partnering, and Account Management
Start with a 1 month onboarding bootcamp including training and networking at our Paris HQ and work in a collaborative and international environment.
Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of our sales and go-to-market operations.
Develop your skills through our Sales Academy, online courses, and expert-led sessions, and receive insights and support from experts and senior leaders within the company. About you
Recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with a strong interest in sales and the freelance economy (ideally with first work experience e.g. from internships)
Fluent communicators in both German and English, you enjoy engaging and convincing diverse stakeholders.
You are self-motivated and thrive when you can learn new things, test new approaches and succeed in your goals and successfully complete projects. Ready to Launch Your Career?
First Chat: You'll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great chance for us to learn about your aspirations, for you to ask all your burning questions about Malt and the program, and for us to share more details.
Sales Deep Dive: Next, we'll arrange a video call with one of our Sales Hiring Managers. You'll get an inside look at our sales organization and explore the different roles available.
Meet the Team (In-Office): For the final step, you'll visit our office! You'll chat with a manager from a non-sales team to get a broader perspective of Malt and then wrap things up with an interview with our General Manager, Adrian Storp.
