Wynwood Tech is seeking a Data and CRM Strategy Consultant to build a 1st-party data strategy that aligns with marketing and business goals. The role involves defining data flows, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing user engagement and conversion strategies. Responsibilities • Build a 1st-party data strategy that supports broader marketing and business goals • Define how data flows between website → CRM/MA → activation channels • Identify and articulate opportunities for growth, engagement, conversion • Translate strategy into clear slides for a pitch • Improve user flows for engagement & retention • Propose ideas for conversion optimization (forms, CTA strategy, segmentation) • Recommend personalization or audience strategies • Evaluate the customer journey and propose optimization actions Skills • Build a 1st-party data strategy that supports broader marketing and business goals • Define how data flows between website → CRM/MA → activation channels • Identify and articulate opportunities for growth, engagement, conversion • Translate strategy into clear slides for a pitch • Improve user flows for engagement & retention • Propose ideas for conversion optimization (forms, CTA strategy, segmentation) • Recommend personalization or audience strategies • Evaluate the customer journey and propose optimization actions • (1st party) Data strategy to connecting with broader reach business goal • Maintaining, managing 1st party database in Mailchimp/Hubspot and integration with websites • Providing proactive consultancy and bringing new ideas for conversion & UX optimization and engagement • Experience with at least one (ideally both): Mailchimp, HubSpot • Generally CDP and CRM experience is a very strong plus Company Overview • wynwood tech is the global leader in Adobe Experience Cloud staffing.Adobe Experience Manager / Adobe AEM, Adobe Commerce + more.
