The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for operating and improving the Azure-based SaaS platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for client environments.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the daily operations of our Microsoft Azure-hosted platformCooperate and conduct on disaster recovery (DR) tests for Azure and non-Azure clientsAssist in managing and improving infrastructure deployment pipelines and automation tasksMonitor platform performance and availability using tools like Azure Monitor and Log AnalyticsCoordinating routine maintenance, deployments, refreshes, rollbacks, incident resolution, and release Application UpgradesParticipate in incident response, troubleshooting, and change management activitiesHelp schedule and optimize batch jobs using enterprise schedulersSupport the integration and configuration of third-party tools and servicesLearn and apply SRE and ITIL practices, including service ownership and post-incident reviewsCollaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint-based team deliveryMaintain and improve documentation, including runbooks and operational guidesEngage in a structured onboarding and mentoring program to grow your skillsetSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldSome practical exposure to cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure topics through coursework, internships, or side projectsInterest in Microsoft Azure, automation, and cloud operationsFamiliarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and version control (Git)Awareness of monitoring, basic networking, or incident response is a plusA self-motivated, collaborative mindset and clear communication skillsWillingness to learn, grow, and contribute to shared team outcomesAlignment with SimCorp's values: Caring, Customer Success Driven, Collaboration, Curious, CourageousBenefitsAnnual discretionary bonusHealth and dental careTime offGroup RRSP/TFSACompany OverviewSimCorp is a provider of investment management software solutions and services for the global financial industry.
