Marketing Coordinator
Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their marketing team. The role involves driving paid search and social campaigns, contributing to strategy and execution, and optimizing customer acquisition efforts across digital channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and optimize Google Ad campaignsAssist in managing monthly budgets by marketAnalyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementSupport quality assurance testing to improve pay-per-call programsCreate compelling ad copy to drive engagement and conversionsCreate and A/B test landing pagesPlan, create, and execute paid social campaigns including Meta, Nextdoor, and emerging platformsMonitor performance and iterate on resultsSupport the development of marketing collateral, including swag and point-of-sale materialsManage our reputation management platform (Birdeye): onboard new accounts, monitor and respond to reviews within 24 hours, generate monthly reports, monitor NPS and review automations, and serve as the go-to resource for teammates and franchise ownersPerform various duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (Paid Search experience preferred)Experience working in an office setting (1-2 years)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a metrics-driven mindsetStrong communication and organizational skillsCreative, curious, and results-orientedEfficient in problem-solvingAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesExcellent writing skills with attention to grammar and punctuationAble to work remotelyMust reside in Charleston, South CarolinaRemote position with limited travel to Atlanta, GA officeTeam Player: Works well as a member of a groupInnovative: Consistently introduces new ideas and demonstrates original thinkingDetail Oriented: Ensures work is accurate and thoroughSelf-Starter: Motivated to take initiative and perform independentlyLoyal: Shows firm and constant support to a causeGoal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasksBenefitsFlexible scheduleCompany OverviewAt Rollins, our mission is simple: to become the best service company in the world.
