Technical Recruiter- can be remote- local to Minnesota
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in full-cycle recruiting to attract top talent across various disciplines, including engineering and corporate roles. Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract top talent for engineering and corporate positions.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline and organize recruitment activities.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough screening and evaluations to identify candidates with relevant experience.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of candidates with experience for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Expertise in corporate and engineering recruitment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
