Mobile device management (iPhone and phone application management via mobile device manager [Airwatch MDM]).
Voalte Mobile application support.
Voalte Nurse Call application support.
Connexall product support.
Rauland of Florida nurse call application support.
Patient monitor application support (Capsule, Philips, Spacelabs)
Device integration including IV Pumps.
Remote temperature monitoring Temptrak application support.
Supply Scan application support.
Real time location services (RTLS) Centrak product and application support.
Responsibilities:
Finding resolutions to reportable issues (Break/fix).
Addressing hospital wide requests for supported applications.
System maintenance: Application and server upgrades and patch updates.
User access management.
Helping leaders with reports and audits.
Ensuring proper use of system, and assisting with any training or workflow needs.
Growth:o
Future opportunity for Epic cross training and support after mastery of device integration systems.
Experience needed:
Bachelors degree required.
User access management.
Product knowledge of: Apple, Iphone, Voalte, Connexall, Nurse Call, Patient monitors.
