About the Role As a Product Designer or Senior Product Designer at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging experiences that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in user-centered design principles, design systems, and agile methodologies will help us deliver high-quality solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories and UX deliverables, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers Design and develop design system artifacts, including conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes Work with developers to implement design solutions, ensuring that our products are both functional and visually appealing Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve the user experience Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our designs Develop and maintain detailed design specifications, design patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality across our products Guide junior designers and contribute to the development of our design system, ensuring that our products are consistent, intuitive, and user-friendly Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related discipline At least 2 years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience, interaction design, or a related field Strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools, such as Axure, Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, and Adobe CC Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications If you have the following skills and experience, you'll be an ideal candidate for this role: A Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience, interaction design, or a related field Experience managing design systems and working with large, complex applications Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to deal with complex data problems and implement sustainable solutions Knowledge of remote unmoderated testing tools and moderated testing devices and platforms Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and trends in web and app design Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to label, classify, and build flows and wireframes for complex computer applications Ability to rapidly iterate designs and conduct user testing to deliver high-quality solutions Experience with responsive, adaptive, and accessible designs Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
