Job Overview:

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via live chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:


Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements:


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous customer service experience is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent
