Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Product Compliance Associate to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our Product Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Amazon transactions meet legal and safety requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global e-commerce leader and make a real impact on customer safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure imported products comply with legal requirements and have been tested in certified laboratories
Classify products based on potential hazardous risk for regulatory storage and transportation purposes
Protect customers from recalled or unsafe products by taking appropriate actions
Identify and remove non-compliant products from the website and warehouses
Improve optimization and standardization of global trade processes and best practices
Review products for regulatory compliance and write rules to identify and action unsafe products

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in data-driven business operations processes
Bachelor's degree
Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (spoken, written, and read)
Experience with Excel and basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations (preferred)

Working Schedule:
This role requires a 5-day workweek, including Saturday and Sunday, with Friday and one additional day off per week.
