We would love for you to join our team in making a difference as an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Case Manager at our Jackson location serving Jackson and Hillsdale youth and families.You would be responsible for making sure the child's special education, or other developmental disability services and supports are in place. Coordinating and providing care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered.
