We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Analyst to manage and optimize key business applications across NantHealth including JIRA, Salesforce, and NetSuite. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions to ensure seamless system performance. As the subject matter expert, you will also provide training for end users, develop documentation, and offer guidance to maximize adoption and efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Manage and maintain configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations for JIRA, Salesforce, NetSuite, and other similar applications • Collects stakeholder requirements and designs/implements solutions that can be solved through declarative means or coordinates with developers on more complex solutions • Train and provide guidance on the use of systems within the team and to end users across the company • Lead or support application-related projects, including new implementations, migrations, and integrations • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and user experience • Document system configurations, workflows, and procedures • Serve as a subject matter expert for supported platforms Education & Experience Requirements: • 5+ years experience required with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Professional certifications including Salesforce, NetSuite, or Atlassian administration (preferred) Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Responsible for making process improvements • Ability to solve, multiple difficult problems • Provides strong experience and analysis to problem solving • Works independently under limited supervision • May be responsible for entire projects or process within job area • Provides significant impact on job area results • Works to achieve operational targets within job area • Influences others regarding, policies practices and procedures • Communicates with parties within and outside of functional area • Communicates with external customers, vendors, etc. • Communicates matters that are difficult/complex and require notable explanation or interpretation • Influences parties within and outside job area at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures • Manages interactions with internal and external contacts, including job area management members; can field semi-difficult questions related to job area The salary range for applicable US-based applicants to this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location. • $90,700 - $126,000 base salary.
