Position Responsibilities: • Use your personal vehicle to independently travel to and service stores within an assigned territory. • Conduct audits, perform product resets, merchandise products, and maintain product planograms. • Accurately position price labels, install point-of-purchase signage for enhanced product visibility, and install new fixtures/ displays. • Ensure inventory is fully stocked by down-stocking products and managing shelf displays. • Coordinate with store personnel to assess inventory needs, proactively recommend replenishment, and place product orders to ensure shelves remain fully stocked and visually appealing. • Serve as the product expert, providing knowledgeable support to both customers and store associates by answering questions and sharing key product details. • This job description does not encompass all duties, activities, or responsibilities expected of the employee in this role. Employees may be assigned additional tasks as necessary as directed by a manager. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. • Proof of a valid driver's license and personal Auto Insurance coverage. • Access to a smartphone with internet access, phone, text, and email capabilities. • Prior merchandising experience preferred, but paid on-site training is provided. • This position involves independent travel to retail locations without assistance from others. • Paid training is provided on weekdays. • This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders. • This position involves regular lifting requirements of 50 lbs without assistance throughout the shift.
