Role: Senior Consultant, Xactly Salesforce Integration Location: Remote Contract 3 Months Interview Mode: Video Role Summary Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Xactly integrated with Salesforce to improve rep experience, governance, analytics, and data automation. You'll partner with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and RevOps to define the target architecture, own the backlog, and guide a developer/analyst pod to execution. Key Responsibilities Rep Experience & SFDC Integration Define UX and data contracts for manual validation, credit/adjustment handling, and payout visibility. Salesforce solutions to embed/launch Xactly components; drive mobile readiness. Establish RBAC for role-based dashboards in Salesforce and/or Xactly Analytics. Governance Design approval workflows across exceptions/adjustments with complete auditability. Stand up a dispute management process (intake, SLA, routing, resolution) with notifications. Define controls & SOX-friendly evidence: change logs, maker checker, restricted access. Reporting & Analytics Curate OOTB Rep Statements; specify custom datasets, KPIs, and drill paths. Stand up self-service dashboards for reps, managers, finance; define data refresh SLAs. Introduce plan simulation/what-if tooling; partner with Finance on forecasting inputs. Data Integration & Automation Own the integration blueprint using Xactly Connect/APIs, S3, and Salesforce APIs. Design SFTP S3 ingestion, schema mapping, validation rules, and reconciliation checks. Automate monthly payout runs; orchestrate via scheduler and alerting; define RACI and runbooks. Required Experience 7 10+ years in Sales Compensation/ICM or RevTech; 3+ years hands-on with Xactly (Incent/Connect/Analytics) and Salesforce. Proven ownership of at least one enterprise Xactly Salesforce integration program. Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (data model, Flow/Apex/REST/Bulk, External Services). Data engineering mindset: S3 pipelines, SQL, API design, error handling, observability. Governance & controls experience (approvals, audit trail, SOX-friendly processes).
