Salesforce Developer with Service Cloud - Remote / Telecommute
Job Description: • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Service Cloud expertise to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations. • The role also includes supporting Oracle applications, ensuring optimal performance, and aligning technical capabilities with functional requirements across modules. Requirement/Must Have: • Overall 6 years of Salesforce experience. • Minimum of 6 years of strong Service Cloud development experience. • Strong knowledge and experience with all out-of-the-box capabilities, components, and configurations offered by the Salesforce platform, including implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch. • Strong knowledge and experience with configuration, customization, and programming using Apex, Apex triggers, Apex actions, Web Services, Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, Visualforce, and JSON. • Salesforce.com integration experience with other enterprise services using real-time APIs, Streaming APIs, offline sync jobs using Informatica or other tools, and integrations with other Salesforce orgs. • Experience with Salesforce Connect (a plus). • Knowledge and experience in handling different Governor limits and designing applications at enterprise scale using asynchronous jobs, bulkification, parallel processing, platform cache, and Lightning Data Service. • Strong deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex, Lightning, AppExchange deployment, and other Salesforce.com metadata using org or package deployment models with GitHub as a version control system. • Troubleshooting experience with Salesforce debugging issues related to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows, processes, Lightning page performance, SOQL performance, and API integrations. • Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and design limitations. • Good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming languages and concepts. Experience: • Experience maintaining multiple ASO applications in Free Form and Planning, including multi-currency and Workforce. • Experience testing Oracle patches in applications to ensure production readiness. • Experience submitting, tracking, and working with Oracle to resolve open SRs. • Experience with configuration changes to application functionality and assisting with testing. • Experience maintaining and writing calc scripts in BSO/ASO languages with a strong understanding of Groovy. • Experience maintaining a Narrative Reporting application for reports, books, bursts, and scheduled jobs. • Knowledge of FOMEE/Data Exchange and REST APIs. • DRM knowledge (a plus).
