We're excited to announce a part-time data entry opportunity that offers a unique blend of flexibility, challenge, and growth potential. **Job Summary:** As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Auto Division's Buyer Loaning team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while working in a fast-paced call center environment. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support Record Goal operations as a section-level Record Goal Expert by utilizing knowledge of organization products, services, programs, and Record Goal systems. * Apply information while communicating with delinquent customers to resolve account issues and improve their experience. * Identify opportunities to enhance the quality of customer interactions by gathering and arranging terms of repayment on outstanding account balances. * Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for misconduct. * Seek guidance from supervisors and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal teams. * Collaborate with the quick Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related information, as well as internal and external clients. **Required Capabilities:** * 3+ years of Record Goal, client contact, customer support, or sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. * Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines. * Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising independent judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adjusting to multiple needs in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment. * Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management. * Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets while cultivating a team environment. * Ability to work effectively in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment. * Ability to work independently in a team environment and across all hierarchical levels, where adaptability, collaboration, and flexibility are essential. * Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling the phone. * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision. * Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry. * Military experience in personnel administration, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military recruiting. * Military knowledge or research experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management. * Experience working with military regulations and directives, registered assessments, official/authoritative reporting, and assisting in keeping military staff battle-ready and effective. **We Value Diversity:** At arenaflex, we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
