- Engage with sales leaders, marketing, and operations to develop market plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences required; advanced degree preferred
- Ten years of successful sales experience in healthcare with B2B transactions required
- Five years of sales management experience
- Knowledge of reference laboratory business, tests, and processes preferred
- Ability to travel across geographical region, including by air (50-75%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling into the C-suite of hospitals/health systems
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, payers, and regulations
