Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on software and embedded system programs.
Strong expertise in managing delivery of firmware-integrated platforms, IoT automation, and embedded system modernization.
Proficient in cross-functional coordination, vendor collaboration, and secure deployment practices.
Skilled in Agile execution, with experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong risk management and executive reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders and executives.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $84,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
As a Technical Project Manager at Cisco Systems, you will be responsible for managing and delivering technical programs focused on hardware-based security for IoT and network devices. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of device penetration testing programs, while maintaining proactive visibility and tracking of pen testing activities across Cisco.
Responsibilities:

Manage technical programs related to hardware-based security for IoT and network devices, focusing on device penetration testing.
Implement change management strategies to enhance pen testing visibility and traction tracking across Cisco.
Collaborate with product teams to identify and remove roadblocks, ensuring smooth planning and execution of pen testing activities.
Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, including firmware, hardware engineering, embedded software, security engineering, and supply chain.
Translate security and product requirements into executable program plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
Identify technical risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Track program metrics, generate reporting dashboards, and present status updates to stakeholders and executives.
