[Remote] Techno-Functional Privacy Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Techno-Functional Privacy Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for global data protection and compliance. The role involves bridging privacy requirements with technical integrations to ensure systems and processes align with international privacy regulations and best practices. Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate privacy frameworks and compliance solutions using OneTrust • Design and develop privacy-related functionalities leveraging Java and Spring Boot • Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes environments • Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting related to privacy compliance • Utilize Maven for build automation and dependency management in Java-based projects • Conduct privacy impact assessments and support data subject rights processes • Monitor and maintain compliance with international privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PDPA, etc.) • Provide technical guidance on privacy-by-design principles during system development • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure adherence to regional data protection laws Skills • Hands-on experience with OneTrust Privacy Management Platform • Strong programming skills in Java and Spring Boot framework • Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration • Solid understanding of SQL for database management and reporting • Experience with Maven for project build and dependency management • In-depth knowledge of international privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PDPA, etc.) • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Experience integrating privacy tools with enterprise systems • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Certifications in privacy (CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar) Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • HSA • FSA • DCFSA account options • 401k retirement account access with employer matching • Paid sick leave • Other paid time off as provided by applicable law Company Overview • Insight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
