LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of New Jersey to apply. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental wellness and addressing various psychological concerns. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients. The therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities • Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health needs. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices. • Provide psychotherapy using various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. • Offer crisis intervention and management for clients in acute distress. • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Utilize EMR systems for patient records management and data collection. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and case management. • Engage in clinical research activities as needed, contributing to the advancement of mental health practices. • Provide education and support to families regarding mental health issues and treatment options. • Clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of at least 20 - 25 clients per week Experience • Experience and expertise in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health • Skills in Relationship Counseling and Medicine • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar licensure is required • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with research in the field Compensation: • LPC / LCSW / LMFT: $75,000–$90,000 per year (average) Compensation is based on a fee-for-service model and varies by licensure and insurance reimbursements.
