[Remote] Tableau Dashboard Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AccruePartners is supporting a Confidential Client in launching a new analytics portal as part of a digital and data modernization initiative. The Tableau Dashboard Developer will design and develop client-facing Tableau reports and dashboards, ensuring high quality and usability while collaborating with internal teams and managing delivery expectations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and develop client-facing Tableau reports and dashboards for embedding within a new analytics portal
ā¢ Build high-quality visualizations that emphasize usability, clarity, and meaningful insight (not cluttered or overly complex dashboards)
ā¢ Work with structured analytics requirements and translate them into polished, production-ready reports
ā¢ Leverage Snowflake as the primary reporting data source
ā¢ Develop reports that integrate data originating from Salesforce (including Health Cloud where applicable)
ā¢ Collaborate closely with the Director of Enterprise Data and Analytics and project leadership to prioritize work and manage delivery expectations
ā¢ Partner with internal team members who provide strong institutional knowledge of the data model and environment
ā¢ Support migration of reporting workloads into Tableau as legacy tools are phased out
ā¢ Participate in a lightweight interview process (single 30ā45 minute conversation) and be prepared to walk through prior work samples or demonstrate approach if NDA restrictions apply
Skills
ā¢ 4+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience, including building polished, client-facing dashboards
ā¢ Experience developing reports designed for external consumption (portals, client deliverables, executive reporting, etc.)
ā¢ Salesforce experience (required)
ā¢ Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and report usability
ā¢ Comfort working in modern analytics environments and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
ā¢ Ability to step in quickly, execute independently, and deliver production-quality work in a short-term engagement
ā¢ Snowflake experience (strongly preferred due to data architecture)
ā¢ Healthcare or Health Cloud experience is a plus but not required
ā¢ Familiarity with dbt, Fivetran, or modern ELT tooling is helpful but not mandatory
