[Remote] Sr. Director of FP&A | PE Backed Data Analytics Platform | Remote | $225k - $250k + Bonus + Equity

They are seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and analytics, build a high-performing team, and partner with the CFO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and scale the FP&A function, building a high-caliber team and best-in-class processes
ā¢ Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and strategic modeling
ā¢ Partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership on key business decisions and growth initiatives
ā¢ Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership, Board members, and PE stakeholders
ā¢ Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting revenue growth, pricing strategy, and investment decisions
ā¢ Drive KPI development, performance tracking, and variance analysis across the organization
ā¢ Support M&A activity, integration planning, and value creation initiatives
ā¢ Improve financial rigor, analytics, and forecasting accuracy across a large-scale business
Skills
ā¢ Prior Investment Banking experience
ā¢ 7 to 8+ years of FP&A experience, including leading and developing teams
ā¢ Experience operating within a sizeable, complex business environment
ā¢ Strong strategic finance skill set with the ability to operate at both detailed and executive levels
ā¢ Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making
ā¢ Experience presenting to Boards and working with private equity sponsors
ā¢ Experience supporting a large exit or liquidity event
ā¢ SaaS and online marketplace experience
ā¢ Deep experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
ā¢ Pricing and packaging strategy experience
