As an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in building customer relationships, resolving challenges, and providing exceptional service. **Job Description:** We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in a remote/hybrid environment. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for: * Building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls * Working with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment * Using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day * Resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management * Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures **Responsibilities:** * Respond to inbound phone calls from customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their challenges * Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless customer experiences * Use multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues * Analyze and resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit and implementing return procedures * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Ability to commute to our facility from your home * A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity * Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once * Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage * Paid time off (PTO) and 6 company holidays per year * Access to up to 30% of your paycheck before payday to help with financial emergencies * Up to 14 weeks paid leave for birth parents and up to 4 weeks paid leave for non-birth parents * 6% company contribution to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan each pay period, no match required * Tuition reimbursement, student loan refinancing, and free access to financial counseling, education, and tools * Employee discounts and more! **Work Environment:** * Enjoy your weekends off!
