About the position

One of Insight Global's largest food & beverage clients is seeking a Scrum Master to assist in implementing agile processes in the supply chain organization. The organization is currently undergoing a major digital transformation, leveraging digitization, AI, and GenAI. The manufacturing space is the bread and butter of their organization, with 32 plants in the US and 1 in Canada. They are looking to improve their processes in the manufacturing space, focusing on plant efficiency, cost reduction, and minimizing carbon footprint by leveraging agile processes and best practices. The Scrum Master will provide their expertise and guidance to 2-3 teams to enhance their supply chain processes. This role is expected to not only run ceremonies but also to understand what their team is working on, the rationale behind the work, and to provide solutions and output. It is important to note that this is a low to no tech Scrum Master role, specifically supporting the supply chain space. The individual will need a strong background in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and/or the food & beverage industry. Additionally, this role requires up to 1-2 instances of travel per quarter.

Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing agile processes in the supply chain organization.

• Provide expertise and guidance to 2-3 teams to improve supply chain processes.

• Run Scrum ceremonies and ensure team understanding of their work and its purpose.

• Facilitate solutions and outputs for the teams.

• Support the organization in its digital transformation efforts.

Requirements
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (low tech to no tech).

• Strong understanding of Agile best practices and experience training a team on Agile/Scrum.

• Solutions and outcome-focused mindset.
,
• Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain background.
,
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Food & Beverage industry.
