What We Need: We are looking for early career IT professionals to join our HNI team in 2024 Our IT Early Career Development Program is a personalized experience including four separate development assignments across our IT organization within your first 2 years. Your unique interests and skills will be put to work across multiple IT functions, solving pressing business challenges. Possible assignment areas include business analysis and project management, infrastructure operation and cloud transformation, and full-stack development. You may work in a variety of IT functions including: Digital Experience eCommerce Information Security Business Analysis Development/Programming Release Management Database Administration Network Administration Security Administration Cyber Security Project Management Workplace Technologies Systems Administration IT Service Management & Processes What You Have: College graduate or MBA with a major in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related IT emphasis. Minimum 2.8 GPA Relevant work experience / internships / related activities (tutor, business fraternity, etc.) preferred.
